The ruby inclusions also include zircon, spinel, ground mica, hematite, garnet, corundum crystals and grain, also often have gas-liquid inclusion, spreading like fingerprint. The ruby has pleochroism, dark purple and orange, pink, red-purple, dark red, bright red and pigeon blood red, the red colors of the ruby we usually see are light, only the pigeon blood red is the best.
The ruby takes on dark red seen through the color filter, the ruby will not melt in the high heat of the blowtorch or gem torch. It will turn green cooling down from high temperature, it will turn back to the red color once it has cooled off, it is very hard to dissolve into the acid. The ruby is often produced from the high temperature and rich aluminum calcium deficiency, as the formation of the geological environment is very special, the perfect ruby in nature, especially the large one, is very rare in nature.
